EPIC Personnel Partners is currently seeking a front desk/admin for a busy staffing agency for our Hartford office!
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and questions
- Greeting applicants
- Scheduling interviews and orientations
- Handling new hire process
- Administering drug screens
- Running background checks
- Filing, faxing, scanning
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Other duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Must have impeccable customer service & communication skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual is required (English and Spanish).
- Prefer someone with staffing experience, but not required. Must be open to overtime and weekends.
