We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and demonstrate mechanical knowledge to operate various lawn care equipment effectively, have a valid Oregon Driver's License and good driving record. Duties
- Perform regular mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
- Dig and prepare garden beds for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens efficiently, ensuring proper water distribution.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks, including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Carry out tree trimming and tree care activities to promote healthy growth.
- Maintain all lawn care equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing, digging, and gardening.
- Proficiency in irrigation techniques to ensure optimal water usage.
- Ability to perform tree trimming and care tasks safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail in maintaining lawns and gardens for aesthetic appeal.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
