We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dedicated team at Epic Minds Therapy. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personalized ABA therapy in home and school settings, helping children develop key skills that will empower them throughout their lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement ABA therapy techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior modification.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation as required by state regulations.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with ASD or developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
