About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated "Receiving Clerk" to join our Materials team at Epic Piping. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of materials.
Responsibilities:
• Input material receipts into the JDE system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify the accuracy of all delivery paperwork and address any issues with vendors and internal managers.
• Process Material Test Reports (MTRs) and print bar code labels for materials.
• Collaborate with yard foremen to resolve delivery-related issues and maintain a visual board of material yard locations.
• Ensure the accuracy of the filing system and maintain a well-organized document repository.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in the pipe fabrication field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
