We value people who are smart, passionate and get things done. Fit is the most important criteria for us when hiring. To “fit” you must be:
- Responsible and Respectful: You are someone team members can rely on to show up, be present and complete tasks. You follow through on tasks. You respect everyone through your words and actions regardless of their status.
- Team Player: Your goal is to find ways to provide value rather than call attention to your individual performance. You’re willing to jump in and help whenever and wherever needed by the team.
- Get Things Done: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, take responsibility and make things happen as an individual contributor but also as part of a team. Once you start them, you like to finish things, not just “checking the box” but making sure that they get done and done right.
- Honest When You Make Mistakes: You are not afraid to make mistakes and, when you do, you have the courage to admit them, learn from them and ensure they don’t get repeated in the future. Placing blame and spending time pointing fingers is not who you are…learning enough to make sure we don’t repeat the mistake is.
- Customer Focused: You have strong empathy for the customer and take pride in being part of a team that delivers quality results to customers. You seek out knowledge to understand a situation before you start researching or respond, ensuring an accurate and efficient end result for the customer.
