We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective cleaning and maintenance of equipment used in restoration projects, helping to restore properties to their original condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and maintain restoration equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, and extraction tools) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Inspection & Reporting: Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear, report issues promptly, and assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of tools and cleaning supplies.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and ensure equipment is compliant with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in equipment cleaning, restoration or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
