- Ability to lead a team in concert with Senior Leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Grow customer volume, loyalty, and increasing profitability for the store
- Lead a positive, high-energy environment that ignites customers return
- Train and develop staff utilizing our 12 Teir Leadership Development Program
- Manage daily operations with a sharp eye on the controls
- Ability to work comfortably on a ladder regularly during your shift
- Ability to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time during your shift
- Ability to work in wet conditions that include odors/dust for 8-12 hours at a time
- Ability to lift, carry and reach overhead minimum of 25 lb. loads frequently during your shift
- Maintain your location Grand Opening Ready every shift of every day
- All other duties as assigned
