Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient strengths and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Use adaptive equipment and techniques to facilitate patient mobility and independence
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and prevention
Requirements:
- Active IL License as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1 year experience in Occupational Therapy
- BLS Certification
- NBCOT Certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
