Large format print operation looking for a qualified, detail oriented Shipping Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming and outgoing shipments
- Generating quotes
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Updating worksheets
- Tracking and tracing shipments until they reach their destination
Shipping coordinator will act as a liaison, provide shipment information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage large amounts of outgoing shipments
- Generate shipment quotes
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Act as a liaison between out company and the customer to assure the safe and prompt receipt of goods
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with Quickbooks preferred
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour DOE
