Location : Melville, NY, In Office
EPIC Brokers has an opening for a full-time Commercial Service Assistant position in the Melville office. This position assists Commercial Lines Account Managers in the various units on a daily basis as needed, with primary responsibilities of issuing Certificates of Insurance, processing Audits and Endorsements, along with other various responsibilities.
Primary responsibilities of the position :
- Prepare insurance documentation including certificates, EPI's, loss runs, policy change requests, and vehicle identification cards
- Processing of Audits and Endorsements per company procedures
- Set up and maintain client service activity files and filing (electronic), scanning and copying of all required documents
- Perform other related support duties as requested
- Prepare and print proposals, schedules and other reports
- Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

The national average salary for this role is $28.21 / Hour to $30.80 / Hour in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
