What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant position at Epic?
Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Join our legal team and play an important part in assisting Epic attorneys to bring new customers into the Epic community. Your work will consist of a variety of tasks, including involvement in the final steps of contracting and legal processes. Our legal team engages with a broad range of customers, third parties, and other teams across Epic, so your work will be dynamic and collaborative. Regular tasks will include coordinating amendments, drafting documents, and preparing correspondence and agreements. Successful candidates will be process-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
