What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Office Assistant position at EPIC?
We are looking for a talented, fresh, energetic individual to join our EPIC team. The part time office assistants should have strong communication and time-management skills, attention to detail, and experience working in an office. They should also be able to maintain confidentiality and use office applications as well as being able to.
- Submit complete and accurate title/registration paperwork within state required compliance deadlines.
- Review and research title documentation for completion.
- Communicates with customers to help with any title/registration concerns or questions.
- Maintain knowledge of local DMV laws and regulations.
- Administrative support: Providing administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Clerical tasks: Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and managing the filing system/filing
- ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS AS NEEDED
- Communication: Answering calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors
- Scheduling: Scheduling appointments, and managing calendar
- Organization: Maintaining common areas, organizing front desk, and keeping an inventory of office supplies
- Bookkeeping: Performing basic bookkeeping task.
