What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Implement HR initiatives, solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provide input on workforce planning and business unit restructuring plans.
- Establish reporting to identify trends and metrics, collaborating with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop solutions.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Perform orientations and communicate initiatives to drive employee engagement.
- Exposure to multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation, organizational analysis and development, employee relations, talent management, staffing, and employment laws.
- Business acumen with a sense of urgency, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks on deadlines.
- 1 years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); PHR Certification preferred.
