What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Analyst | Eagle position at Epicor?
As part of the Epicor retail hosting and SaaS team an IT support analyst will assist in supporting one of Epicor’s fastest growing SaaS businesses. Support analysts work with our sales team, professional services team, support teams, and end users to deliver the best possible SaaS experience to our end users. Support analysts will build, maintain, and troubleshoot servers located within Epicor’s private cloud and in the Azure public cloud.
What you will be doing:
- Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots Windows and Linux Red Hat servers.
- Experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure virtualization.
- Provides case status updates to management and end-users.
- Participates in reviews and validations of SLA and Metrics.
- Escalate incidents, service tickets and requirements to meet business objectives.
- Gathers data pertaining to customer needs and use the information to identify requirements.
- Creates technical documentation and SOP documentation for internal team and external user use.
- Records, tracks, analyzes, implements and escalates as required all service requests.
- Assist in evaluations of hardware or software when required.
- Use analytical skills to resolve non-routine issues.
What you will likely bring:
- 3 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented.

Range:
Minimum: $50,000 USD Maximum: $130,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
