Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, collaborate, and define the Product Design vision with a focus on reimagining ERP solutions for an AI-driven future, developing both short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps for the team to execute.
- Lead cross-functional design teams to create and prioritize user experience backlogs by making smart, decisive trade-offs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment, ensuring best-in-class AI-enhanced product experiences.
- Represent the needs of current and prospective users by guiding teams to create user stories and detailed design requirements that clearly articulate desired AI-driven functionality and intuitive ERP workflows.
- Create the performance and scalability strategy and lead continuous improvements across all product design initiatives, ensuring that AI-powered features meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Build strategic partnerships with marketing and sales on go-to-market functions, ensuring user-centric messaging and highlighting the transformative benefits of AI-driven ERP design solutions.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product Marketing to deliver exceptional, AI-enhanced ERP products that elevate user experiences and achieve organizational objectives.
- Expert knowledge in product design, UX methodologies, and emerging AI trends, with the ability to teach and mentor others.
- Passion for and ability to deeply understand user needs and pain points in complex ERP environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills in rapidly evolving AI and enterprise software landscapes.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional teamwork, and influencing skills, fostering a culture of design excellence across diverse teams.
- Experience owning a strategic P&L; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving design-led growth and operational excellence.
- Thorough understanding of design thinking, product management principles, and agile processes, with the ability to implement best practices and mentor team members
- 12 years of progressive experience in Product Design or related fields, with demonstrated success in driving innovation.
- 7 years managing and developing multi-discipline design teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
- 6 years of specialized/industry experience in enterprise software, ideally with ERP or AI-driven applications.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
