The Production Assembler will perform various tasks in our assembly department. They will be responsible for preparing all products for shipment. Some products may require assembly before packaging. In preparation for shipment products will need to be engraved, labeled, assembled, oiled, and/or packaged.
Duties and responsibilities for Production Assembler:
Locate correct boxes and preform packaging to ensure product protection.
A complete understanding of cartons, carton labels, SKUs, case sealer, and general assembly department needs and duties.
Load and unload carts with product.
Box items in specific quantities when applicable
Exhibit quality control by examining and inspecting completed products to ensure it meet the quality requirements of the shipping department.
Record cosmetic defects or damaged products and discrepancies.
Fill out work orders accurately and correctly.
Efficiently operate the laser engravers and/or labeling equipment line.
Knowledge on how to locate files and send jobs to production machines.
Understanding of customer requirements and ticketing.
Trained in safe and effective forklift operation, if applicable.
Understand and promote optimization and efficiency.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to fill out routine work orders completely and accurately. Attention to detail and good communications skills required.

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-11:00pm
