Candidate should be good in hands on development and iOS and Android (one high and one low is ok but should know both)
Requirements:
Experience: Strong experience in mobile application development (iOS and/or Android), with lead or Architect level.
Strong hands-on experience with Android (Kotlin, Java) and/or iOS (Swift, Objective-C) development frameworks.
Familiarity with cross-platform tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
Team Leadership:
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, with a strong focus on mentorship and team growth.
Agile and Project Management Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in managing sprints, tasks, and timelines.
UI/UX Collaboration: Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work closely with design teams to translate mockups into functional and visually appealing apps.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Knowledge of backend integrations and APIs, including RESTful services and GraphQL.
Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and mobile performance monitoring tools.
