With a $4.2 billion endowment and a staff of over 100 employees, the foundation deploys grants and social investments across arts and culture, education, environment, health, human services, and community development.ABOUT THE POSITION Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel supports the work of the Office of the General Counsel and will assist in advising on grantmaking, governance issues, tax, and investment and impact investing matters. This role is responsible for providing legal representation to the Foundation and for supporting staff by providing counsel on a variety of legal issues. The position includes ongoing work as well as short and long-term projects such as policy review and development, Board presentations and materials, and research and analysis of tax and grantmaking issues.COMPENSATION The starting salary for this position begins at $212,000.00 per year.
