We are seeking a dynamic and professional Medspa Patient Coordinator to join our team at Epiphany Clinic. This position combines excellent customer service, organizational skills, passion for Beauty & Wellness, and excellent social media skills to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role and be confident managing a business social media account. Candidates with experience in and a passion for aesthetics are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Client Interaction:
- Greet and check in clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and ensure an organized daily schedule.
- Handle phone inquiries and assist clients with questions about services, products, and promotions.
- Process payments and manage front desk operations.
Social Media and Marketing Support (Preferred):
- Assist with the creation and posting of engaging content for social media platforms.
- Showcase treatments, products, and clinic updates in alignment with the clinic’s branding.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, client testimonials (with consent), and events.
Administrative and Team Support:
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional clinic environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office equipment.
- Strong skills with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation is a plus.
- A passion for skincare, aesthetics, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, and move between front desk and treatment rooms as needed.
- Manual dexterity for handling small tools and equipment.
