A Corporate Receptionist to be the face of our corporate office … a lot of pressure, we know! We are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to delight each of our visitors and complete tasks to ensure staff has what they need to accomplish their jobs. There is a lot to be done at the front reception desk, so our ideal candidate is someone totally comfortable with juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and has the superpower ability to keep their cool while under pressure.
What You'll Do
Administrativeoffice may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.

What You'll Do
- Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner to ensure great customer service experience.
- Management and ordering of office supplies.
- Stock common areas including conference rooms, multiple supply areas, mailroom, and break room.
- Execute basic upkeep duties of kitchen, breakrooms, supply rooms, and other common areas. Ensuring all are properly maintained with supplies, are clean, and organized.
- Assist and help facilitate corporate activities that take place both inside and outside of the workplace.
- Execute office management activities including badge access and security compliance for employees and visitors.
- Shipping, receiving, and sorting of mail and deliveries.
- Partner and assist with special projects for HR, IT, Compliance, and other departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant – preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other secondary language) preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
