The Workforce Specialist supports the contact center by managing workforce planning and ensuring efficient operations. This role involves talent planning, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in workforce management or a related field.
