Education and Experience »
- Extensive experience helping organizations build workforce planning capabilities from the ground up - ideally in an IT environment.
- Strong in Org Change Management to help overcome change concern and convey benefits of WFP throughout the organization.
- Significant experience with basic WFP functionality to ‘meet the team where they are’ and then ability to help plan out phased improvements (i.e. adding skills, resource costing, etc.).
- Experience implementing WFP functionality in multiple PPM tools.
- Experience documenting / creating process information for WFP.
- Comfortable setting expectations for best practices with WFP and explaining the “why” behind the level of detail needed.
- Extensive experience guiding on key metrics & KPIs for reporting on data from WFP.
- Strong ability to guide integration on WFP data into project and IT work prioritization processes.
