Marketing Supervisor Job Description
The supervisor position will manage the direct activities and workflow coordination, special projects, and workload distribution of the Epiq marketing team, dedicated to 1 law firm client. The supervisor will also be the key point of contact for the client’s internal marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing support.
· Implement and maintain quality control mechanisms. Test and troubleshoot new applications and upgrade releases.
· Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
· Guide, direct, and motivate staff with an eye to upgrade skills and talent.
· Oversee the support and training of the various types of software for digital marketing.
Working closely the internal marketing team on brand guidelines and template requirements.
Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
· Administer performance management process/evaluations (prepare, communicate and follow-up on staff performance).
· Ensure all team members achieve the goals and objectives of the department identifying issues and problems and recommending solutions to management.
Guide the team in preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
Develop and generate statistical reports
Identify and train team in job tracking system.
Understanding company product and brand.
General office duties.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Organizing market research.
Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
· Ensure coverage in the event of unplanned absences, scheduled time off, and overtime requirements in the department.
· Additional support or projects as identified
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good organization skills.
