Job Description:
Summary
We are seeking a highly professional individual to oversee the administration and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 Tenant as well as the cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have a thorough working knowledge to evaluate, plan, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services and its products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing users and groups with Entra, managing enterprise applications, aiding with managing, and optimizing Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, architecture, health and support of the global M365 environment.
- Responsible for the design, architecture, health and support of collaboration tools, such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Lead complex Microsoft 365 projects such as integration via acquisitions and divestitures.
- Ensure Microsoft 365 is as secure as possible given business requirements.
- Provides Level III support for Messaging and Collaboration including guidance and training to support organization for Messaging and Collaboration.
- Produces communication as needed for IT, End Users and partners related to changes and feature enhancements to Microsoft 365.
- Engage with the business, internal IT, third parties including Microsoft to solve complex problems.
- Proactively identifies IT trends, Change to technologies and their implications on Epiq’s landscape.
- Engage with IT Security and Group Internal Audit to ensure security, reliability, integrity, and robustness of solution design.
- Interface with IT Leadership and provide updates related to Collaboration and operate cross-functionally to manage Collaboration.
- Performs root cause analysis reports after critical outages to address underline problem.
- Build and maintain detailed documentation related to architecture, processes, and procedures and contribute to Collaboration roadmaps.
- Implementing best practices and security measures to prevent and mitigate email-related threats.
- Configuring and managing integration Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Office 365.
- Keeping up-to-date documentation of M365-related processes and procedures.
- Implementing and managing security measures to protect M365 environments, such as encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), and email archiving.
- Administer and monitor Entra, including user accounts, groups, roles, permissions, policies, and security settings.
- Administer and monitor Enterprise Applications, Application Registrations and consent request.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Microsoft 365 services and features, such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Compliance, Security, Search & Intelligence and Office configurations.
- Perform regular audits and reports on Microsoft 365 usage, performance, and issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders on Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience

At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration including, but not limited to the following
- Microsoft 365 [ Formerly Office 365] (since or near 2011 inception)
- Microsoft 365 Tenant administration
- Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online
- Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance features and policies
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Power BI reporting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Microsoft 365 certifications is a plus #LI-RC1
