Key Responsibilities:
- Job Analysis & Planning: Collaborate to capture the essence of each role, ensuring a match with exceptional candidates.
- Sourcing & Networking: Be the face of Epiroc, attracting talent through innovative channels and building a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening: Master the art of identifying potential, ensuring candidates not only meet but exceed our expectations.
- Interview Coordination & Assessment: Facilitate seamless interactions between candidates and hiring teams, guiding both through the process with insight and care.
- Onboarding & Beyond: Play a key role in welcoming new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French highly desirable.
- 3 years in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in ATS, particularly SAP Success Factors, and other HR technologies.
- A dynamic communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and agile HR practices.
- Passionate about leveraging digitalization and automation to enhance recruitment processes.
