Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the skincare, beauty, or consumer goods industry

• Management experience preferred

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and social media platforms

• Demonstrated experience in brand management and product launch strategies

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Proficient in project management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Tasks:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s business objectives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning efforts

• Manage and enhance the Epionce brand identity to ensure consistency across all channels and audiences, including digital platforms, retail, and professional environments

• Collaborate with digital agency to execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing and SEO

• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various platforms, including print and digital assets for multiple audiences. Ensure that all content aligns with brand messaging

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights to inform marketing strategies and product development

• Work with sales management to support promotional initiatives, product training, and sales tools that enhance customer engagement and drive sales

• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact

• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Working Conditions:

• This is a full time on-site, salaried position

• Located at Epionce Headquarters in Boise, Idaho

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
