Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead complex projects involving electronic health records (EHR), health data and IT systems, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a team of informatics and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure management of health data, facilitating improved decision-making for healthcare providers
- Change Management: Implement change initiatives to optimize clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Proven experience in project management within healthcare settings with an understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and application development
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana, Microsoft Project)Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
