Job Description:
• Local Distributor selling construction products needs an inside person.
• Tasks will be monitoring emails, order entry, phones, faxing & filing.
• As the new hire learns the products they can also develop into sales support and product inquiries. The position is unique as they are still a small company.
• They currently have (5) five people in the Customer Service department and are shipping some 150 orders a day while still quoting new business and answering inquiries about tracking, product questions and occasional complaints.
• The client uses “Net Suite” for order entry, comparing freight rates, credit card charging. Employees will be trained from the bottom up.

• Client is flexible when an employee needs time for personal issues.
• If the employee has a reliable computer at home, then during inclement weather are all able to work remotely.
