Associate Director of Commercial Operations & Strategy Execution
Cambridge, MA (Hybrid) - Must be able to be on-site 3 days a week
I am partnering with a large biotech company to find an operational leader who can align the team with its strategic goals and business priorities. This individual will be reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations. The role is responsible for driving the execution of strategic initiatives, improving communication, and promoting operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate business processes and optimize operational design to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Drive process improvement by optimizing and managing resources, identifying opportunities for vendor optimization, and/or transitioning services internally.
- Supports the development and implementation of an integrated plan for cross-functional initiatives or integration activities.
- Support the creation of the strategy and roadmap for modernizing and innovating all departmental functions (Patient Services, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Operations).
- Develop a department scorecard with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications:
- 9 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting and/or leading large, complex programs and initiatives in Pharma or Biotech.
- Experience in commercial operations, insights & analytics, and patient services functional domains.
- Experience leading digital transformations and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple functions
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed environment.
