EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire a Director, Field Operations. This is a highly visible role within the organizations Commercial Planning & Operations team to spearhead their incentive compensation strategy, design, and administration, optimizing field operations tools and processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Incentive Compensation strategy, design, and administration
- Align Field Operations with business needs and enhance execution
- Work with cross-functional team members to optimize call plans and alignment processes
- Create and manage dashboards to monitor and improve field performance
- Lead training and communication for effective field operations
Requirements:
- 8 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Incentive Compensation experience
- CRM experience with Veeva and Salesforce
- Specialty therapeutic experience
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
