Job Title: Therapy Development Manager

Location: Home Office-based in Kraków, Poland.

About the Role

Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes and driving innovation in healthcare? We're seeking a Therapy Development Manager to join our team and help raise awareness and adoption of an advanced wearable cardiac device designed to protect patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by empowering clinicians, supporting patients, and collaborating with a team dedicated to saving lives. As a Therapy Development Manager, you'll focus on building long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering impactful training, and supporting patients while expanding the use of this life-saving technology in Southern Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Awareness: Proactively visit hospitals, meet physicians, and educate healthcare professionals about cardiac death risks and how the device can serve as a bridging therapy.
  • Target New Opportunities: Identify and approach new healthcare providers and facilities where awareness of the technology is limited, creating tailored action plans for outreach.
  • Build Networks: Establish trust and long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribers, and healthcare teams.
  • Deliver Training: Plan and conduct comprehensive product training sessions for medical staff to ensure effective use and adoption.
  • Patient Support: Offer patient services, including fitting assistance and hotline support, ensuring users feel confident and supported throughout their therapy.
  • Data Monitoring: Collaborate with physicians by monitoring patient progress via an online platform and providing insights to ensure optimal care.
  • Conferences & Events: Represent the organisation at national and international cardiology conferences to promote the solution and network with industry professionals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including administration, sales, and marketing, to align on strategies and goals.

About You

We're looking for a driven and compassionate professional with a strong background in medical device sales and a commitment to improving patient care.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in health sciences or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales within the medical device industry.
  • Proven success in business development, particularly in cardiology or electrophysiology.
  • Familiarity with patient education, telemonitoring, and/or adherence management is a plus.
  • Fluent in Polish with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A hands-on mentality, persistence, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with healthcare providers and attend events.
