Position Overview : We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Client Services and Strategy to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving client success, overseeing large pieces of business, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical communications and a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships within the pharmaceutical and health care industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client success and business growth.
  • Oversee and manage large-scale client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, scientific, creative, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and expansion within existing and new client accounts.
