Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and compliance.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and video conferencing logistics.
- Support HR in onboarding and maintaining employee documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office management issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively.
