Telecom Lead Specialist:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) – Advanced dial plan design, global call routing, and SIP trunking.
- Webex Suite including WebexCC – Complex deployments, advanced troubleshooting, Webex Edge Connect Configuration and Deployment through Equinix
- Microsoft Teams & Cisco Webex and On-Prem Interoperability – Expertise in Direct Routing, CVI, and hybrid meeting solutions.
- SIP Protocol & Call Flow Debugging – Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot SIP messaging, and optimize call quality.
- Enterprise Voice & Video Solutions – Designing and implementing high-availability architectures across global environments for multi-platform environments.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- Strong background with IT to have an extensive working knowledge of telecommunication systems and associated equipment.
- Experience installing and administering Cisco VoIP system, Webex Contact Center and Conferencing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8 years working in an enterprise telecom environment
- Strong dedication to quality customer service
- Strong communications skills & superior telephone etiquette
- Ability to deal effectively with customers, vendors, peers and management and work in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions as described above.
