Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with product delivery, quality, and budget goals.
- Lead M365 and SharePoint migration projects within the federal government space, ensuring successful implementations and transitions.
- Utilize SAFe Agile, DevOps, and PI Planning methodologies to manage Low Code solutions development in the M365 environment.
- Collaborate with multi-vendor teams to implement projects, manage timelines, and track deliverables while ensuring seamless communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including COR, Federal PM, internal teams, and government executives.
- Develop, maintain, and implement the Project Management Plan in compliance with contract and security requirements.
- Lead and facilitate PI Planning sessions to ensure successful coordination across teams and alignment with project goals.
- Act as a scrum master, conducting ceremonies like Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Scrums, ensuring sprint goals are achieved.
- Assist the development team in resolving impediments and ensuring successful achievement of scrum objectives.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding, training, and certifications, ensuring they align with contract and security requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of Power Platform solutions to enhance business processes where applicable.
- Ensure high-quality, timely product delivery within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Present bi-weekly sprint demos to government executives and manage risks, issues, and resources across multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Washington DC, VA, MD area.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card required.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a DoD government security clearance.
- Expertise in M365 and SharePoint migrations is essential.
- Power Platform implementation experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile, DevOps, and PI Planning.
- Federal government contracting experience, particularly with HHS, CMS, and DoD, is a must.
- 6 years of Scrum Master experience (required).
- 6 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and MS Office.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, high-visibility projects.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or equivalent experience may substitute for two years of experience.
- PMI PMP certification is a plus.
- SAFe Agile, Scrum Master, and ITIL certifications are highly desired.
- Experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development is preferred.

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
