What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Information Technology Project Manager position at Phase II?
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing tasks as specified in the Program Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and directive.
• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Responsible for serving as Sr. PM under the Sr Prgm Mgr and Govt PM leads.
• Provide guidance to mid-level PMs.

• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• 3 years of working experience with Microsoft Project.
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification required
Minimum Education:
• Associate's degree in business or IT related field required; Project Management Professional (PMP) required.
Experience:
• At least 6 years of IT PM experience required Master's degree
• At least 8 years of IT PM experience required Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of IT PM experience required Associate's degree At least 12 years of IT PM experience required in lieu of a degree
Certifications:
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Security Clearance:
• TS/SCI
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
