General Description
EPOCH Projects is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator Assistant ready to grow with our team. If you have a knack for clear communication, both written and verbal, and a curiosity to master the intricate details of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying contracts, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—managing customer inquiries, handling service requests via phone and email, supporting proposal development, and diving into the essentials of contract administration. With precision and professionalism, you’ll help ensure our contracts meet commercial and client needs while learning the ins and outs of the industry.
Other Responsibilities Include:
With oversight from Contracts Administrator, create smaller contracts supporting company with
composing, distributing, and executing contracts successfully.
Provide contract management support to internal teams, providing a strategic viewpoint, assisting in solving
complex problems and offering creative solutions.
Analyze, assess and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risks.
Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts, detailing prices, terms and special provisions.
Work with integrated program teams to enable successful contract award and execution
Maintain contractual files following defined processes.
Establish and maintain good customer relationships.
Learning contracts management through development program with Contracts Administrator.
Required Qualifications
Communicate with perspective clients and educate them regarding service offerings and options.
Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
Demonstrated computer skills, with proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
Creative and strategic mindset.
Knowledge of legal contract law is desired but not required.
