What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper - Wildflower Apartments position at Epoch Residential?
JOB SUMMARY:
Cleans vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy and property common areas, office and model units. The housekeeper reports to maintenance or the business manager and works closely with the maintenance staff.

SUPERVISED BY: Community Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains the cleanliness of designated areas of the property by sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down, scrubbing, etc. Areas include the following, but not limited to: a) Vacant apartments including appliances, wall plates, bathrooms, kitchens, carpets b) Property amenities including basketball and racquetball courts c) Property offices d) Pool houses e) Laundry rooms f) Clubhouse g) Exercise room h) Restrooms i) Entryways, hallways, and walkways j) Stairs and stairways k) Models l) Mini models m) Guest suits n) Internal and external light fixtures
- Assists in preparing for and cleaning after resident social engagements, property inspections, and any other situation that arises at managers discretion.
- Decorates property office and/or clubhouse with holiday décor.
- Keeps track of the janitorial and paper supplies and informs supervisor when running low.
- Informs Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of any damage discovered in any area.
- Reports or turns in any articles left in any apartment by previous residents.
- Reports to Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor for any work that needs to be performed in vacant unit or elsewhere within the community.
- Assists maintenance with delivering notices and newsletters to residents.
- Assists Community Manager in keeping inventory of all supplies and materials needed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Ensures all “show apartments” and mini models are in make ready condition for leasing tours.
- Backup porter and maintenance staff as necessary.
- Must adhere to OSHA regulations with regards to the use of all safety equipment such as goggles, masks, gloves and all other safety equipment needed to perform job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
