This role is critical in improving throughput, increasing team participation, and enhancing on-time delivery—all while maintaining our commitment to quality with every part produced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize production efficiency by streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Lead and motivate production teams to drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure on-time delivery of quality parts by effectively scheduling and managing workflow.
- Monitor KPIs related to throughput, efficiency, and quality, and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and problem-solving to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics to improve processes and meet customer demands.
- Enforce safety and compliance policies to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience 5 years in a production management role, preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
✅ Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and efficiency metrics.
