Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and performance metrics.
• Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales management role, MUST be in the home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
