Your challenges
- Design, develop, and implement product awareness and lead generation campaigns in alignment with commercial playbooks and global marketing initiatives. Collaborate with MarCom, Digital, Design, and Commercial Product Management teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Partner with Global Marketing Managers, MarCom, Digital Marketing and Design team (includes Latin America), CU Americas Training and Development Team, the CU EMEA and CU Asia Marketing teams, and other stakeholders to create cohesive campaign flows.
- Develop compelling messaging, select visuals, set clear Calls to Action (CTAs), and propose campaign assets. Map out and nurture campaign workflows that resonate with target personas and align with corporate guidelines.
- Enhance customer engagement and advocacy through webinars, customer testimonials, and creative campaigns. Participate in customer engagement at events and conferences to gather valuable insights.
- Utilize campaign dashboards to monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead kickoff calls for major campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, reporting, and ownership throughout the process.
- Translate GTM strategy into actionable plans. Co-create and drive the success of marketing plans in collaboration with the Commercial Product Manager.
- Develop regional campaign content and collateral for NPIs, ensuring alignment with market needs. Advocate for necessary support and resources from BD and Corporate Marketing.
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials, including emails, presentations, and training sessions. Coordinate with CPM and Training and Development Team to ensure sales team readiness.
- Track and monitor marketing campaign budgets, leveraging MarCom and Digital teams' expertise to determine effective paid marketing channels with the best ROI.
- Up to 25% travel within the CU Americas and internationally as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a life science concentration.
- 7 years of experience in the Life Science industry, preferably in an international and matrixed organization.
- Extensive commercial experience in similar marketing roles, ideally with cross-cultural teams.
- Strong background in life science applications, combining scientific expertise with hands-on laboratory experience.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various marketing disciplines (email, SoMe, SEO, SEA, display, and paid media).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
- Compensation: $110k - $115k annual base salary
