Senior Operations Manager
EPS Connects LLC is a leading manufacturer of packaging solutions in the plastics injection molding industry. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and improving our safety culture, driving process improvements in all department functions, managing department budgets, and developing a technology roadmap for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure EHS compliance by actively identifying potential risks and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Promote employee engagement and talent development through mentoring, motivating, and providing timely feedback.
- Develop an internal talent pool by resolving functional issues and creating development plans for direct reports.
- Direct and plan operational efforts to ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
- Monitor and analyze production efficiencies to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop business plans, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts to drive business growth.
- Analyze data to develop improvements in operations, including materials and production departments.
- Plan, develop, and implement strategic action plans aligned with annual objectives.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with experience in plastic injection molding and/or high-speed automated assembly environment.
- 8-10 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, quick-changing atmosphere.
- Experience managing production operations through a Manufacturing Execution System (Mattec preferred).
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S Principals, and Strong Continuous Improvement Record and Background.
- Experience Managing Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, and Production Associates.
- Strong Knowledge of Injection Molding Tooling and Polymers.
- Ability to coach and mentor with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing training.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
