HOW YOU’LL HELP
In this role as Marketing Coordinator you will be supporting our digital BtoB marketing projects and campaigns for our Innovation Funding Division in the US.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create content and collaborate with design on a variety of marketing materials including, but not limited to, email campaigns, website updates, advertising, merchandising and presentations.
• Organize, plan, and facilitate the company’s social media activity with a strategic focus to increase engagement (LinkedIn)
• Build prospecting campaign via Linkedin/Emailing to targeted companies and
individuals.
• Assist with public relations/media efforts in partnership with management.
• Support the new hire process and maintenance of company biographies, headshot scheduling, etc.
• Facilitate management of the department’s content for company-wide use, offering best practices to increase adoption.
• Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to understand project needs and build relationships.
• Provide help when necessary to other team members in Operations or other group global communications.
• Contribute to EPSA USA initiatives to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity.
Your profile :
Candidates must have extensive experience in the United States, either through years of study or having spent their childhood there for example. A minimum C1 level in English is required, and native English proficiency is a strong plus. Only applicants meeting these criteria will be considered.
You hold a master's degree in business management or equivalent and have prior relevant professional experience in Marketing (B2B). Experience in a consulting company is a plus.
• Knowledge and interest of graphic design software (Canva, Indesign, Photoshop…etc.)
• Great listening aptitude, ability to learn and hint of curiosity.
• High degree of diligence, organization, and accountability.
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn in a BtoB company
• General interest in various industries and business models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English, French a plus)
• Understanding of American Culture
