Join Epsilon as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management System (CMS) Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in supporting our digital asset ecosystem through Adobe Experience Manager solutioning, asset processing, metadata management, and system administration, ensuring seamless content delivery across the organization. This role reports to the DAM/CMS digital assets team lead and collaborates daily with internal and external stakeholders to implement workflows, metadata strategies, and tool integrations.

What You’ll Achieve
Base Salary: $85,600 - $107,000
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You’ll Achieve
- Gain expertise in end-to-end digital asset lifecycle management, from ingestion to archiving.
- Develop advanced skills in Adobe Experience Manager (Assets and Sites) and cloud-hosted DAM platforms.
- Enhance your abilities in defining and implementing metadata schemas, workflows, and integrations.
- Sharpen your project management and organizational skills within an Agile environment.
- Cultivate strong interpersonal and communication skills through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Advance your problem-solving and critical thinking abilities by tackling technical support and troubleshooting issues.
- What you’ll bring with you:
- 5-7 years of experience working with a DAM/CMS solution in a Marketing or CRM agency.
- Hands-on experience building technical solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (Assets and Sites).
- Experience building flowcharts and solution diagrams.
- Experience with Cloud-hosted Digital Asset Management Platforms (DAM).
- Hands-on experience defining Metadata Schemas & Tags, OOTB & Custom Workflows, Assets Collection, Assets Omni Search, and other asset features.
- Knowledge of Project Management and Scrum Methodology principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, including dealing with multiple stakeholders and the ability to think outside the box.
- Team player with an interest in process efficiency and effectiveness, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- Experience providing technical support for system users and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong understanding of QA and Unit Testing principles.
- Hands-on experience defining Asset Metadata Templates.
- Good experience in Cloud Assets Integration.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and rights management.
- Experience overseeing the asset lifecycle from request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving.
- Experience with asset ingestion, retrieval from affiliate DAM/CMS systems, auditing, monitoring, and reporting on asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance.
- Experience ingesting creative assets to the DAM/CMS system, performing quality control, and embedding required metadata.
- Experience cataloging assets using best practices, following metadata standards and language/formatting guidelines, and using controlled vocabularies.
- Experience performing quality control for record data, including usage rights, and auditing existing metadata.
- Experience facilitating support for internal and external content contributors across the omni-channel marketing experience.
- Experience managing DAM user accounts.
