LTC LPN

We are hiring for Long Term Care (LTC), LPN in New Lisbon, WI 53950.

Pay rate: $40/Hr W2

Shift: PM shift (2pm-10pm) Rotating weekends Holiday rotation

Guaranteed hours: 36

Overtime: 40

No. of weeks: 13

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

• Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
