Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate field experimentation events in support of high-level VIP demos (SES / flag), Program Office leadership, and major demonstration events.
- Work with a large inter-disciplinary team to implement existing digital signal processing algorithms into new hardware in support of multiple Program Office integrations.
- Optimize code and hardware to meet strict timing requirements of operational Tactical Data Links (TDLs) and Position, Navigation, & Timing (PNT) systems.
- Work with an existing team of 20 engineers & scientists to establish test plans to ensure that demonstrations are successful.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure approvals to transmit over-the-air are properly achieved.

Pay Range :
The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $190,000 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
