Epsilon Systems has a current opening for a Program Analyst II in Mayport, FL.
Summary: Conducts organizational reviews and assists management in operating more efficiently and effectively, assisting all departments with data entry, serving as subject matter expert for organizational programs, and customer data base utilization and reporting requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interfaces with the Estimating Group in set up and formatting of upcoming RFP’s/IFB’s etc...
Maintains accuracy of the estimating files and contract files for pending proposals including insertion of amendments/errata when received.
Assist with maintenance and updating of the Progress Analysis reports on a weekly basis including update of “settled” extras and “actual” cost to date for all projects.
Analyzes and ensures that all reporting requirements are performed within contract reporting requirements.
Interfaces with the Program/Project Managers on the utilization of programs.
Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Navy Maintenance Data Base (NMD) utilization.
Assist with data entry and project reporting in NMD.
Ensures accuracy of CFRs. Tracks CFR status and update CFR Log.
Gathers and organizes information on program/project problems or procedures.
Analyzes program data gathered and suggests solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
Develops and implements records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assures compliance with program.
Reviews purchase requests for temporary labor for accuracy, adds correct accounting codes, and forwards to purchasing. Makes necessary changes as needed.
Reviews and corrects labor and material billing codes.
Provides Project Managers weekly status reports on all active jobs.
Interfaces with Project Managers on developing project specific reports.
Reviews, evaluates, and recommends changes regarding reports, processes, programs, objectives, and goals, including short and long-range goals and strategies.
Requirements:
High school diploma/equivalent.
5-10 years’ work experience with government contracts.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Secret level security clearance.
Certificate of Information Assurance Security Training.
Some college course work in business completed.
Experienced working in NMD and other data bases specific to ship repair.

Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
Vision requirements include: close, distant, color perception, peripheral, depth and ability to focus.
Noise conditions range from very quiet to some noise.
