Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Desktop Support Specialist II, with 2-6 years of experience, to join our team in Portsmouth, VA.
Summary : Assist with the day-to-day tickets and support of on-site and remote users in the Portsmouth, VA, Location. Will be responsible for break / fix tickets, desktop and desk side support tickets, as well as other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs troubleshooting of desktops and laptops as well as mobile devices.
- Participates problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and / or organizations.
- Responsible for performing IT Related tasks for New Hire Orientation.
- Establishes, maintains and manages user's accounts
- Ensures that records of system downtime or other significant events are documented.
- Assist with project directions and schedules to maximize benefits and minimize impacts on the customer organizations.
- Travels to and from customer sights to support work.
