Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking System Architect to support the Integrated Command and Display System (ICADS) program by providing expert technical design advice to government stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of mission-critical systems, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and driving innovation and efficiency in system design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a technical advisor to government stakeholders, providing guidance on system design, architecture, and integration strategies for the ICADS program.
- Develop and refine system architecture to meet operational, technical, and security requirements while ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and program managers, to ensure design solutions align with overall program goals.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate technical documentation, including requirements specifications, system designs, and test plans, to provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify potential risks in system architecture and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend their application to enhance ICADS system performance and capability.
- Facilitate communication between government and contractor teams to ensure a unified understanding of system requirements and design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards, policies, and best practices in system design and development.

Pay Range :
The pay range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
