Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client requirements and ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Build and sustain relationships with Kitchen & Bath dealers.
- Proactively generate appointments with customers and prospects.
- Assist clients with sales and ordering processes.
- Attend and actively participate in special events and tradeshows as required by management.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives targeting dealers, homebuilders, and the public through various channels.
- Perform responsibilities promptly and as required, including showroom coverage on an “as-needed” basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Establish and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Monitor client retention and proactively address potential churn.
- Provide daily in-person service to the assigned sales area, with occasional regional travel for extended territories.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s products or services and their alignment with client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate materials for their projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, delivering product information, updates, and solutions.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, presentations, and reports to clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation and execution of contracts.
- Collaborate with the team to finalize deals and submit orders.
- Promptly and effectively resolve client challenges.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address and fulfill client needs.
- Provide management with timely feedback and scheduled reports.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
